I'm a business strategist, CRM architect, and the mind behind dozens of appointment-based growth stories.
Over the past 13 years I've built a SaaS CRM platform that serves appointment-based businesses, helped agencies scale from 2-founder teams to 15, and consulted with clinics, salons, coaches and membership-models to bring in more clients, more appointments, and more business.
This is the story of how I discovered my mission: helping service businesses turn their calendars into their best-performing asset.
The Problem I Saw

My Journey
I started with two founders, building a web & mobile CRM that handled bookings, payments, client communications, automations, two-way SMS/email, memberships, and more.
After 19 years of that, I began consulting: designing appointment funnels, launching membership plans, setting up auto-consent forms, automations — essentially turning chaos into cadence.
I worked with clinics offering monthly facial treatments, laser hair removal, filler treatments — introducing membership models, systems for lifetime value, recurring revenue.
I then leveraged my influencer / luxury-lifestyle identity to guide service-business owners not just to growth, but to premium positioning, aligning their brand, their messaging, their calendar with high-value clients.
Today, I help appointment-based business owners build systems where the calendar becomes their best-performing asset.
