1. Acceptance of Terms

This website (alexyno.com) and The Appointment Machine platform are owned and operated by IAG SERVICES FZCO, doing business as Alexyno ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our Site, taking our 2-Minute Quiz, booking a strategy session, subscribing to our newsletter, purchasing access to The Appointment Machine, or engaging in any services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any additional terms applicable to specific features (e.g., membership bots, CRM integrations).

We may update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with the effective date. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Description of Services

Alexyno provides marketing systems, automation tools, and strategies specifically for appointment-based businesses — including coaches, clinics, salons, spas, and service providers — to generate high-value leads, automate booking funnels, implement membership/retainer models, and scale predictable revenue through The Appointment Machine.

Services include but are not limited: personalized Growth Roadmaps, lead-capture funnels, CRM workflows, SMS/email automation, payment flows, membership bots, monthly metrics dashboards, and ongoing optimization support.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent to use our services or make purchases. By using our Site or purchasing services, you represent that you meet this requirement. We reserve the right to revoke access and issue refunds if this condition is not met.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on alexyno.com and within The Appointment Machine — including text, graphics, logos, videos, funnels, templates, automation workflows, email sequences, dashboards, and downloadable materials — is our property or licensed to us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our services for your own business during your active subscription or engagement period. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from our materials without prior written consent.

5. User Account & Security

To access The Appointment Machine or certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately at support@alexyno.com of any unauthorized use.

Accounts are for individual business use only. Sharing login credentials or access with others is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination without refund.

6. Payments & Subscriptions

Access to The Appointment Machine and premium services requires payment. All fees are in USD unless otherwise stated. Subscriptions automatically renew monthly or annually until cancelled.

You authorize us to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis. You may cancel anytime via your account dashboard or by emailing support@alexyno.com at least 48 hours before the next billing cycle. No partial refunds for mid-cycle cancellations.

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days’ notice. Continued use after price changes constitutes agreement to the new pricing.

7. Refund Policy

We stand behind our system. All access to The Appointment Machine comes with a 14-day, no-questions-asked refund guarantee from the date of purchase, provided you have not downloaded or implemented more than 20% of the platform’s core templates or automations.

To request a refund, contact support@alexyno.com within 14 days with your name, email, and order details. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

After 14 days, all sales are final. Refunds are not available for consulting sessions, strategy audits, or custom implementations already delivered.

8. Results Disclaimer

We do not guarantee specific results, income, or booked appointments. Testimonials and case studies (e.g., “doubled appointments in 90 days”) reflect real client experiences but are not typical. Your success depends on factors including your niche, effort, market conditions, follow-through on implementation, and client acquisition execution.

The Appointment Machine is a proven system — but it is not a “magic button.” Results require action. Use our materials at your own risk.

9. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use our services for any unlawful purpose or to solicit unlawful activity.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, accounts, or data.
• Interfere with the functionality of our platform (e.g., spamming automations, overloading servers).
• Misrepresent your business, results, or affiliation with Alexyno.
• Share, resell, or distribute access to The Appointment Machine or its components.
• Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to extract data or content.

Violation may result in immediate termination of access without refund and potential legal action.

10. Third-Party Integrations

The Appointment Machine integrates with tools like CRMs, email platforms, payment processors, and SMS services. You are responsible for complying with each third-party’s terms and maintaining active accounts with them. We are not liable for downtime, changes, or issues caused by third-party services.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without cause or notice, including for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or abusive behavior. Upon termination, your right to use our services ceases immediately. No refunds for terminated accounts.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Alexyno, its founders, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including lost revenue, data, or business opportunities — arising from your use of our services.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Site and The Appointment Machine are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that our systems will meet your specific revenue or booking goals.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Alexyno harmless from any claims, losses, or damages (including legal fees) arising from your use of our services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Dubai, UAE, under the rules of the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC), except where consumer protection laws require otherwise.

16. DMCA / Copyright Infringement

If you believe your copyright has been violated, send a written notice to support@alexyno.com with full details as required by the DMCA.
